Prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an issue with availability, pricing, payment, or suspected misuse of the website.

5. Shipping and delivery

I aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page, but delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, customs processing, or other factors outside my control.

Any shipping dates provided are estimates only.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.

6. Returns, refunds, and damaged items

If something arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible at cris@crisbanana.com

I want customers to receive items as described and in good condition. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, where those laws apply. New Zealand guidance for online businesses makes clear that returns policies cannot provide less than the protections required by the Consumer Guarantees Act, and online sellers must describe products and pricing fairly.

For change-of-mind returns, I reserve the right to decide whether a return, exchange, or store credit will be offered, unless required by law.

Custom, commissioned, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Any commission, licensing, or collaboration project discussed through this website is subject to a separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

all artwork remains the intellectual property of Cristina Pliego / Cris Banana Studio
no copyright or licensing rights are transferred through an enquiry, quote, or payment unless clearly stated in writing

usage rights for commissioned or licensed work will be set out separately in a project agreement
